A teenagers common room on board a cruise ship was given a new lease of life by a ‘surf shack’ themed mural.

Inspired by the surf board-shaped tables already installed in the room, I designed the mural to be fun and trendy, with unique quirky touches.

 The mural featured wetsuits, items of cool surf wear ‘for sale’, tropical fruit cocktails and even paradise style palm trees.

 The commission was undertaken while the 10-deck cruise ship, operated by the tour operator Thomson, was dry docked in Gibraltar.
